My goal is to provide professional, personalized consulting and expert witness services. I have a specialty practice that includes a number of areas
such as Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA, Toxicology, Hazardous Materials and Risk Assessment, Indoor Air Quality, Healthcare Safety and Industrial Hygiene.
I have been involved in Environmental Health and Safety for thirty years. I bring unique skills and talents to my clients. My background allows me to
combine what I learned in academia with the lessons I learned in real-life situations where I applied the lessons of academia. My academic career included biomedical research studying the cause of different types of
lung disease and cancer. My real world experience has included positions as the Director of an environmental laboratory, a practicing industrial hygienist and as the Director of Safety in a large teaching and
research hospital.
I will use my knowledge and experience to help attorneys obtain the best possible results for their clients. As an expert consultant and witness, I
have already helped attorneys win significant sums of money for their clients who were plaintiffs. In the case of defendant work, I have been able to demonstrate, in behalf of those clients, that the conditions or
diseases observed in the plaintiff was not the result of work conditions or exposures at the client's worksite, thereby saving the client significant amounts of money-or more!
I also am available to help businesses and business owners create a safe and healthful workplace for their employees, while also complying with all
the pertinent regulations. I can assist clients in developing safety programs and policies, hazardous waste programs, perform worksite evaluations, and initiate personal protective equipment evaluations and
programs, and much more.
